1. Identity and scope

SEVASTOS+ is the digital platform of the Sevastos Sevastopoulos Insurance & Energy Office, 2 Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, Kilkis. These terms apply to browsing, account creation and use of the platform's features.

2. Account and security

• Use a valid email address and accurate details.
• Keep your password and the device you use to access your account secure, and do not give anyone else access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may temporarily restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance or investigating misuse.

3. Requests, quotes and appointments

An online submission is a service request and does not automatically constitute a binding offer or contract. Prices, cover, discounts, conditions and availability are confirmed before any final activation. The date and time of an appointment are finalised through personal confirmation.

For insurance services, the online process collects details for a contact request and does not, on its own, constitute a personalised recommendation. Before any insurance proposal or contract is concluded, the mandatory information is provided on a durable medium: professional registration and how to verify it, the nature of remuneration, any relationships with insurers, the complaints procedure and the assessment of demands and needs.

4. Details and documents you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the details and documents you submit. If you upload another person's data, you must have a lawful right to do so and must have informed them where required. Do not upload irrelevant, unlawful or malicious content.

5. Digital tools and information

Analyses, comparisons, reminders and automated replies provide supporting information. SEVASTOS AI is an artificial intelligence system, not a person; it may make mistakes or omit a term. It does not replace the official insurance policy, the provider's contract, specific terms or personalised legal, tax or financial advice. Before making a decision, confirm critical information with a person and the official document.

6. Proper use

Attempts to breach security, unauthorised access, automated mass use, interference with operation or use of the platform for an unlawful purpose are prohibited.

7. Availability and external services

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available and secure, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical reasons or events beyond our control. Third-party links or services are also governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

Copying or republishing them without permission is prohibited, except where the law allows such use. The © notice does not grant exclusive rights to the idea or function of a comparison tool.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy. Consent for optional purposes is requested separately and may be withdrawn.

Any sponsored, advertising or partner content is clearly labelled as such. Payment or a commercial partnership does not turn a non-binding digital result into a personal recommendation or contract.
